Prior to joining Friend MTS as CEO, Shane held executive positions in global technology organisations, and oversaw the growth of his own business from a bootstrapped startup to a FTSE listed company. He is also chair of one of the UK’s largest Technology EoT boards. Shane is based in London, UK.

Jonathan is widely recognized as a preeminent thought leader in the field of content protection technology solutions. His strategic vision has grown the company from a UK-based business with two employees to an international business with offices around the world. A technologist and visionary, he continues to drive growth through the creation of the company’s advanced proprietary solutions. Jonathan is based in London, UK.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark is a qualified accountant (FCCA and ACA) with 10 years’ experience in M&A and fundraising, primarily for technology oriented companies. Since joining Friend MTS he has been involved in both commercial and financial aspects of the business. Mark is based in Birmingham, UK.
Chris combines extensive commercial and technical experience, and he oversees all of the software development and engineering activities within Friend MTS. He also leads the company’s service delivery, including the Client Services, Operations and Professional Services teams. Chris is based in York, UK.
Regional Vice President, EMEA
Simon is a specialist in video delivery platforms for Pay-TV and OTT operators, with more than 20 years’ experience working with major video entertainment operators and primary vendors in the worldwide Pay-TV industry across cable, satellite, and telco customers. He is based in London, UK.
Head of People & Development
With over 15 years people-related and senior HR experience, Lisa has a broad expertise across all aspects of HR with a particular focus on working closely with Senior Executive Leadership teams, creating essential people strategies to align to company values and culture whilst supporting business ambitions and growth. Lisa is based in London, UK.

As head of product, James is responsible for the company’s global product strategy and manages the product team. With a comprehensive background in international business holding senior roles in engineering, sales, marketing and product management, James has worked for and with many of the world’s leading technology companies, across B2B and B2C. Director Channel Sales
Skilled in creating collaborative propositions to generate new and profitable revenue streams on a global scale, Dennis is responsible for leading the channel sales programme with partners worldwide for Friend MTS. He is based in Birmingham, UK.
Director Strategic Account Management
Robin brings a wealth of experience delivering strategic content protection programmes for some of the world’s largest and most well-known rights owners. He has held senior positions at the intersection of broadcast, post-production, rights and content distribution. Robin previously led supply chain strategy for BBC Worldwide (now BBC Studios). Robin is based in London, UK.
Senior VP, Sales & Strategy, Americas
As Senior Vice President, Sales & Strategy, Americas, Mike oversees business development for new and current partnerships driving strategic growth in the U.S. and South America. With 25 years of experience, he previously served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships for Super League Gaming / Virtualis Studios. Mike is based in Los Angeles, California.
Nik is responsible for the Friend MTS Marketing and Communications functions. Nik brings over 20 years’ experience of B2B marketing experience, and a wide knowledge of the sports, media & entertainment industries. He is based in London, UK.
